I used to fly gliders at Culdrose in the mid 70's and the airtug was a chipmunk. What was unusual was that it was the one Prince Charles learnt to fly in. It was effectively brand new and the RAF wanted to get rid of it as soon as he had finished using it. The reason being, that it was non standard and at the time they had plenty of standard ones.I love chipmunks I can watch them all day long! Both of them bouncing up and down and doing there own things!
Problem with a boomerang is it always comes back!Always liked the Boomerang, a sleek tight little ship with great lines with nice visibility through the canopy.
The plane isn't too shabby either.
