Thanks for looking in folks, would have posted more sooner, but………………………life just gets in the way. Anyway, here we are in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island.
Yes, it's one of those ships again and of course our lovely guide for the morning who walked us round this lovely town. Follows just a few of the pics taken as we trotted around.
One of the interesting stories told while walking was about the old town paving. The granite was imported in roughly 6 x 3 x 2 foot blocks from, if memory serves, Scotland. Unfortunately they had no means in which to cut the stone locally into slabs, but were still used as paving by burying each block 6 foot deep.

Following Charlottetown we moved on the 'Ann of Green Gables' country.
This was the beach close to the house, not the beach in the movie though, this one faces north east, so no sunsets here.
