You have my sympathy, I've battled clinical depression all my life and it's no easy task. Hang in there brother, and there's no stigma to seeking professional help, just be careful if you do what medication they might prescribe, some side effects... yeesh.

I know these dark or down moods hit with no warning and can be hard to get out of. For me, I start doing something that I really like, even if it's just washing Orwell (my 1984/5 SS Monte Carlo). It's sort of mindless but in the back of your head you're realizing you're doing something good that you enjoy, it's a kind of subliminal thing. FWIW that helps me get out of those dark moods.

I repeat, hang in there brother, and remember, we're all here for you.

My wife being a teacher, too many years, it's admin and lack of that usually puts her in a state!
Teachers and cops, the salt of the earth. There are Some who appreciate your sacrifice! I am one!
 
Finally found a heated vest that should fit me.....Got here this morning and it won't fit. Now I'm really bummed, as it's supposed to be in the low 40's and below later this week.

The same kind of people did the same thing six years ago and another one ran over people in a Christmas Parade in Wisconsin. It is only going mad if we do not stop/kill/prosecute the criminals.

In Canada many Jewish people are living in fear because the government will not either defend them against the 627% increase in attacks nor allow them to own guns. THAT is the world going mad.
 
My 53 year old niece just lost her long battle with Cancer, you will be missed Jeanette! Just visited her 2 days ago, I knew it was coming as they where planning on calling in Hospice on boxing day. But it still hurts,

She wanted to see some birds outside her window, so her mother and I bought a feeder and feed and put it up Saturday. I hope she saw some birds today.
 
That was a wonderful gift to give.
 

As more info is coming out, I doubt he is fitting the mold you think.

But lets not go down that path as it will inevitably lead to politics.

I have been like that for the last 3 years among other things. It turned out that I am now old and the body is no longer working on all cylinders. May want to have the blood tested for everything.
