Hi Maglar
Not sure if
a, this too late, or
b, any use.
While I was at the RAF Museum Hendon earlier this year, while snapping away, one of the 'wardens' came upto me and said "Would you like to take a picture that no-body seems to know about ?". I'd allready spent quite some time chatting this guy, and he was both very knowl;edgeable but also very enthusiastic about his 'planes he was looking after.
Naturally I said yes please, so he ushers me over to the Stuka, we go over the partition where the public aint allowed, and he says "Get a shot of the pilots clear view panel in the floor that lets him see if the 'bomb' has gone.
Personaly, I never knew there was such a clear view panel on the Stuka (I knew the Dauntless had one).
Attached for you, two shots of the 'window' that no-body seems to know anything about. Having seen the extent that you guys model to, I thought you might find them usefull as once upon a time, along long long time ago, I built the Airfix Ju87 and there certainly wasnt any window underneath !.
Now what I dont know is, was this window on every version of the Stuka or not, so it may not be applicable for your version. The last few pics are the '87 that the window is fitted to.
