When you're writing up a reply, click the "Upload a File", found below the text area, next to the "Post Reply".

It'll open a dialoge box where you can select an image file from your computer.

If you want to add an image from the internet, click the little picture icon (between the smiley face and the film icon), found along the top of theyext area, and enter the online image's URL.
