Looks like you might need to hit 3 spots with the decal solvent again though - the white of the starboard wing triangle, the starboard tailplane triangle, and the number '6' on same.

Yep I just finished applying the decal solution to the decals they shrunk to conform like paint next update this evening I will show you should have all of the decals done this evening thanks buddy you the Man.

Back at the build almost done, The update build report of the GP build is the completion of the decals I painted and decaled the four props, the wheels are drying I should have them done tomorrow........... Looking like a B-17 without a shadow of doubt, I should have this done by this Tuesday and I will wait for the next GB build. All is left to do guys is the clear parts, guns and bomb bay doors and a little weathering here and there... During drying time I went to you tube and posted a bunch of builds my first you tube venture. So go to Frankie Day model builds and you will see me for the first time I was pretty nervous at first not use to talking to myself through a webcam LOLlllllllllllllllllllllllllll My wife Ruthie thought I was nuts shye traveled in my man cave and said who are you talking to. I replied everyone in the world, If you fellas go there please excuse my I was nervous and I got tongue tied but we are all human so I learned what to say and I got better as I posted more of my builds on you tube.

Hello Gang it is hoped everyone in my country had a wonderful and safe 4th of July, Back to the build I will have this build finished by This evening and I will post the finished product tomorrow. This is the longest build I have done oin a while I just took my time like you great fellas are doing all of your builds are award winning and the whole world needs to see your works I salute everyone here I am honored to be here on the greatest forum in the world. As of the update photos I have painted up the tires using flat black when dry gave it a dry brushing of flat white to pick up the treads. All of the four superchargers are painted light brown in color when dried I gave them a wash of flat black. All is left is the bomb bay doors 50 cal. guns all clear parts and a little weathering of the exaust stains this will fill the bill on the fortress but before all of the clear parts installed I will airbrush on a coat of dullcoat and she is good to go and I wait for the next GB. Any hints out there for whats next? Here is the update for now.

Here is one more update I have the bomb bay doors scratched in I forgot I had them made I must have had them done last week during drying time. Wowwwwwwww I must be having a Senior ,moment. I hate this old age jazz, any way she will finished in 4 hours and she is good to go. tomorrow I will post the fi9nished build. Wurger my man you have good eyes I must have forgotten to sand down the bottom seams. there done now your not going to see them anyway. Here is the update build for now when done I will post one more then the finished pictures will result.
