Unfortunately foreign orders need to be 40.00+. This stops me from ordering at times when I need small things.

Yep. That's why I can't order from them either. Minimum foreign orders of 20 GBP - which is a hell of alot of money in HUF. I wonder how many other customers they lose for such a stupid rule.
