    Manufacturer: Great Wall Hobby L4803

Extras: Eduard ED49565 internal detail set, Eduard: ED48712 exterior detail, ED48714 Surface detail and EX152 Mask and a couple of nice MG 15 17 barrels.

My subject is 5D+CK, 2./(H)31 Eastern Front, Rostov-na-Donu January 1943 for which I have absolutely no history and just a couple of possible pictures of the aircraft.

As already said, details on this particular aircraft are very scarce, but here is what I have including kit additions.

I've also some very good internal detail, so with all this glass, the pit should be fun and visible.

With all here. I've got a few books on the 189. Five days from home, so if no ones posted any info, I'll start looking . Ohhhhhh, so many clear panels.

    Thanks anyway Andy.

I've a couple of books George, Squadron Signal and one in Polish or Czech, I'm not sure which, the latter has brilliant detail which coupled with some sketches out of an old Scale Aviation Modeller, is all I think I'll need. I'm just curious if there is anything on the history of this particular bird.

As for the build, thought I'd get the canopy bits masked and out of the way. It's been a long day.

Had I not cheated Karl, it would have been 4 days masking and the possibility of a crunch of clear plastic underfoot.
