I agree, good work Boats. If you want to be really authentic, the area where the 'package' guns were removed often showed patches of RAF Dark Green covering the attachment points, and sometimes an area of un-faded Olive Drab where the gun packs had been.(Got a pic somewhere if you need it).
Looking forward to the next stage.
Here you go mate. Not the best pic, but should give you the idea. This is from 'B-25 Mitchell', by Jerry Scutts, Crowood Press.
Ahoy
Ok fellas here is the last update for the day and evening. to make the mitchell MK111 in acurate color schedule I shaded in the RAf dark green withe olive drab notice were the gun packages were locdated and removed you can see where the gun packages were once located and taken off the weathering of the mitchell is starting to take effect. I have a little more weathering before its finished. I painted the tyres and installed same shock struts were picked out with silver. as for the painting swchedule thye mitchell MK111 will be completed and other parts will be added as of now to save time i am masking down the glazeings. In the spare decal box i acummilated some roundels and red code letters they have to be custome made for the 226 squadron thanks to Terry for the info its staqwrting to look like a late B-25 in the RAF. Here are the updates of the color schedule.

Looking good Boats. Did those fin flashes settle down or did those wrinkles stay?
