Worst case scenario just make a template and paint the stars on her.

Or copy the damaged decal, repair it in 'Photoshop' or 'Coral', and print a new one on white decal paper. It'll be slightly thicker than the kit decal, but once sealed and final clear coat, it should be acceptable.
EDIT:- just noticed, the stars and serial number area appear to be clear, showing 'silver' once applied, so use clear decal sheet.

Managed to save the stars
if you look close you can see the different colours but from a distance they blend in
