It was a bit fiddly. I started out painting the whole thing blue, then masked off the blue tip and painted the rest white, then masked off everything from the white forward and painted blue again. That way I didn't get the tape kinks you get when your trying to mask on the larger side of a cone.

I put on the decals tonight and the Three Guys decals went on very nicely with no need for setting solution.

Panel lines, first round of weathering and first coat of Dull Coat done. Also finished up most of the smaller bits which are now ready attach after the final round of weathering.

Almost done now. Added pitot tube and antenna mast made from brass wire, finished the pastels and paint chipping, installed the landing gear drop tank and took off all the masks.. A little more detail painting and it will be done.
