I just might resort to that Glenn. I can get a drill in there to make a hole to mount wire. But.... I hate fudging like that. Best I can find are Wellington gun barrels from China for $6.64 AU.

Same guns, but I would think Hannants would have them They'll be listed as Browning .303, with or without flash suppressor. In this scale though, if you can do without the detail, then plastic rod or stretched sprue would work.
 
That has possibilities Paul, but it's such a small scale behind clear parts, a fiddly job whichever way you look at it.

Can't help you either Bill, not my scale so nothing I have would fit.
 
Super glue would be fine Paul, if I bl00dy well knew where the broke off parts were in the carpet!

Trouble is getting something from hannants from here is a $40 minimum order.
So that auction site is my only option. Any LHS will not be having these gun barrels.
 
And while I wait to repair, here's what she looks like marked and assembled.

Looks good bill. Those Quickboost barrels would do the job, although see if they have them with elongated perforations.
