yeah thanks guys.

Have made some further progress. applied a clear top coat to protect the decals and paintwork. its okay, but had some undesirable effect on the grey-silver effect that I thought was very successful. Its still okay, but not as good as it was.

Now I have to attach the Vickers guns, and maybe the mooring lines, which I will have to scratch build Im still thinking about that
 
Okay here she is. These are the draft "completedshots that i intend topost in my "finished" thread..

This was a great build. I really enjoyed it. I would highly recommend the kit, just check your colour schemes first guys. There were several firsts here for me. It was by far the most complicated scratch build ive eve attempted, with that launch gantry and dont forget the pilot compass.

Like all my builds, not everything went quite to plan. most glaring error are th bomb colours. The top hard coat also did not go well. It was a generally complicated build, but i enjoyed it throughly.

This is another gift build. This one Ive built for my mother, who was born in the same year as the Seagull took its first flight. unuaual present, but mum is thrilled, or so she says.....
