I think H was trying to mask off the areas where the dark color goes on later.

Not bad for the first time H. A bit heavy on the paint perhaps but not bad.

Harry you still have to set the airbrush. Both the blast and the paint stream are too wider.. That's way I suggested to airbrushing on the white cardboard firstly. You have to set the airbrush and the air pressure in a way to get as narrow paint path as possible.In that way won't make dirty the whole room or house.
