Update time. Its not that I haven't been doing anything. Painting the cockpit little bits, adding another colour, touching up the first colour, touching up the second colour, etc. Gloss coated the Innards green with Liquitex, added a wash using Citadel Nuln Oil and flat coated with Liquitex. Added an oxygen hose using coiled wire. The cockpit out of the box is not quite accurate. I added the extra bottle on the right side using Andy's build and had a bit of a time lining it up until I realized a few ribs were missing. Lots of detail missing on the side walls as well.


I managed to get the slot in pretty much the correct spot on the seat frame however, the way Airfix has the seat armour/seat attached to the frame it will sit a little high, almost covering the slot. The seat was painted with Tamiya XF-9 Hull Red and dry-brushed with XF-64 Red Brown. The instrument panel is pretty disappointing but should be okay with the canopy closed. Making some tape seat harnesses and then will close this up
