Very nice panel Karl and don't worry about missing bits, they can be frustrating at times. But take my word for it your working with something new and would naturally be a bit shaky and anxious to start with but the more you use PE the easier it gets and better it looks. Got to agree with Cory though, always try to get the pre painted sets.
 
ok here's where i'm at now after spending all of yesterday working on it.
as you can see the cowl is only dry fitted

thanks fella's, fit is excellent all round !!

bit of a setback though, got the gloss blue on but it showed no intention of drying after 8 hours and it came off very easy when i stripped it with white spirit !

leaving it tonight and will try again tomorrow after giving the paint a very good stirring !
 
Looking good mate, and sounds like the the paint is separating from the carrier - a very long stir should hopefully sort it. Unless it's another bad batch of Humbrol?
