OK. Harry mix some of the talc powder with the black paint you used for painting of tyres.Make a kind of a putty neither too thin nor too thick.You know. Then apply it into the gaps and seams at all around the tyre tops. Do it precisely because these tyres will need to be sanded a little bit.
 
Ok. Talc Powder and Black paint are applied w/ toothpick.

OK. THe putty has to fill these gaps to the top and a little bit higher.Remeber you have to sand these areas a little bit . So you need to have some putty for sanding down.

Here you are. You have to apply much of the putty at these tyre tops, Because you need to sand them a little bit in order to shape them slightly. Can you see that?

OK. Show me please the flap leading edge and the wing trailing one where the flap bay starts. I need to see how the thicknes of plastic is at the area.Could you?
 
The flap leading edge is the front of the flap. Usually a flap is of a wing shape in cross-section.That's way it has the leading edge and the trailing one as well.
