Well.... what do you use for outlining of the paper templates on the blue tape?

Yes paper glued to card and cut to shape.

I used a black permanent marker

Undoubtedly you need the new one.Go...But you don't need to stick it with the cardboard.

Yes do it now. Then cut it precisely. The next thing is to stick a piece of the blue tape to the sealhealing mat.ANd then outline the teplate.Show me this outlined shape and put on side the template. I can see both effects of your work at the same moment.
