The main problem with the camo scheme on wings is that neither me nor you have the camo scheme.So how do you want to paint?
 
THe last profile that fits to pic of Grey A I saw. But we have to much the rest of camo scheme to the sots in the profile.
Also there is afew ways of painting the camo schem.

1. marking with a pencil border lines of these camo spots.Then filling of these with correct colours. It lets save some paint.
2. similar to that above but using pieces of masking tape of spot shapes.These masks are made for one colour only.
3. painting all top surfaces with the lighter colour then masking tape to protect spots of the lighter paint.The the second darker colour.
4. like above but without masking tape.Borderlines marked with a pencil.Then the second paint applying.

3 and 4 ways cause that at the areas where the second paint was applied there are two layers of paint.What is not good for the view of details.

So which one?

Ok. But firstly you have to mask the underside colour at the bottom of the fuselage going to the tail and from wing root leading edges to the jaws. I suggest using the Tamiya tape as it is quite narrow. Is all clear?
 
Too high on sides and non symmetrical on the air intake.. Show me close up the chin, please. And short note, the yellow tape at the nose where the jaws are masked with the blue tape should be much more stuck at the blue tape edges,As the blue is a little bit thicker.

And here you are the top view . I think in that way the P-40 should look looking from above.
