I think you should paint the areas for the rear cockpit windows.As there is some paints of the camo but should have been the cockpit interior only.. Then you can attach the windshield.
 
The front part Harry. When the interior paint in these rear areas for rear windows is dried you can attach these rear glasses too.
 
To be honest the cement can make the galss "milky". The CA glues do it when you breathing ( puffing ) on it.These don't like vapour,mist and etc....simply water.However a small amout of it can be better that the cement .But the choice is yours.
