I know some sanding has to be done. I was removing stamp marks and forgot to finish em.

Looking good . But the surface is not smooth enough.Use the grey sandpaper for removing all scratches on the inner surfaces.

That discolored green area isn't raised.

OK. you can paint these inner surfaces with the green colour.But I think you should add much yellow paint to the mixture.The green that you used for the flap bays painting is too dark and green.The colour should be yellow-green.

Back to these flap bays. Look at the pic below. What can you see in that pic?

Because the joint at the side of the model is OK you can do tha now. Leave the on on the another side untill you can fix it with the CA.
