Angle of picture is why they look smaller. I tried my best and I think it looks goooooooooooooood!

You can be proud of yourself young padawan. The first model and the first scratch-built parts. Great really great.
Did you have any problem with the disk sticking?
 
Oh could you take a pic from direct above the wing please?

Also think how better these bay interiors could have looked if these strips wouldn't be so large. Just for future alright?
 
You're learning a lot in a short time H, and doing quite well! Keep at it, and use the knowledge and experience in your next build. Good work mate, and great tuition and guidance Wojtek!

Guess it didn't quite workout today. Dinner time now. If your not on, I'm terribly sorry for the delay. And I'll post pics on Friday when I get back from the hobbyshop!

Oh BTW they have Model Masters Enamels :D
 
It's OK Harry. I'm at work tomorrow. Tomorrow the main task for you is to sand a little bit with the grey sandpaper all areas you have sanded so far and make them smooth as much as possible Then wash the model up. If you haven't painted these interiors of the landing gear bays yet you can do that then.
