Yes, leave the currrent settings and try to take a pic from shorter distance than it was for the last pic.
 
Looking good but a little too blury.OK. the previous pic looks like the settings and distance were fine. Have you remembered the distance and the camera settings for the previous one?
 
Fine. Now open that pic with Irfanview.I mean the previous one of the initial size. Notice you can't see it fully because of its size right?
 
Now use the vertical and horizontal bars for scrolling view. Set the flap bay view into the middle of the Irfanview screen.If the flap bay can't be seen fully with the settings don't worry. scroll the screen a little bit left and up to see a half of it only.

I see. Check the setting -> View -> Display Options -> there should be marked "Fit a window to a pic (1:1 suggested)" option.
