Weird spot you see at the top of the wing in pics 3 and 4 is a water drop. I wiped it off. Looks pretty good!

Ok. You can put a bowl of water on the desk and then soak the sandpaper in the water.A few drops can be not enough.

Oh, I had a cup and I soaked the tip for 30 seconds and wiped the water off after I sanded with it.

The cup can be. The model styrene is water-proof so use much of water.
