Thanks again guys. My daughter, mother-in-law and the missus went to see Mama Mia at the civic arts plaza in Thousand Oaks. So the boys (my father-in-law, son and myself) went to the Reagan Presidential Library. I drive past it every day on my way to work and hadn't been there in 10+ years. One of their temporary exhibits right now is the "Spy Exhibit". What a great piece of history from the OSS to the cold war. It was really something and worth the trip.
Photos
1. Marine One, the presidential helicopter. Interestingly, this was last used during the Johnson Administration. The one during Reagan's time is still in use.
2. The building that houses Air Force One, Marine One and various vehicles.
3. Air Force One. You get to walk through it, but photography aboard is not allowed.
4. A twisted beam form one of the World Trade Center towers. To see something that strong that distorted and twisted in chilling.
5. A section of the Moscow Embassy showing how it was bugged by the Soviets.
6. A piece of wreckage from Francis Gary Powers' U-2
7. An authentic section of the Berlin Wall.
