What a wild few weeks it has been! Oshkosh was amazing, as always. The weather was spotty, but when the sun was out, it was magic for photos. I was home for a week, then off to the Sierras for a week. It's good to be home! I have a lot of photos that I have been going through. Here is something that I thought was cool. Within two weeks of each other, I was able to capture 2 different Ospreys, the feathered kind, and the aluminum kind.

We didn't make it to Bodie this year, but we did get up to the Mammoth Consolidate mine and the Hayden house.

Used to have the same issue with my old Canon AE1 with a 200mm marco/zoom that was all of 1 ft long. Now I am showing my age but it made a good battering ram for would be bag snatchers round Europe.
