You could make it one of the Mk.Vs which were converted to swimmers in 1943, and sent to Egypt to counter the Ju-52 floatplanes (though they weren't used in the end), or with considerably more 'motherfication' -) ), the sole Mk.IX swimmer, used for testing purposes only.

Can't get motivated, and still uncertain about a possible house move. Also, the Tornado is going to take a lot of work to get it even barely acceptable, and the paint work on the Spit 22 might be beyond the abilities of my newly knackered right hand at the moment. We'll see what develops - or not, as the case might be.
