Great job, Paul the Prince of Pictures!! (I would have included PlanePpictures, but I always remember Douglas Bader's quote of it being 'an aeroplane, not a plane', and my late Dad always saying something similar, adding that a Plane was a tool for smoothing wood! Never been able to use the term since!)

Thanks Terry!!!!

Got the landing gear done, I wanted to see what the RLM79 is going to look like, I sprayed it with WEM paint, the RLM80 blotches are Tamiya XF-13 (Japanese Army Green), I reckon they're close enough.

This is a BIG kit, I'm not looking forward to doing all those splotches on the upper wings and fuselage!

Nice work Keith. It might just be me, but I can see pictures in the green blotches; a man next to a star, a swordfish, a shark, an aeroplane and a sea lion!!
I think you might find that big is easier Keith - it's simpler doing bigger blotches on a big model compared to say a 1/48th scale kite. The thing is to think ahead, and do it a section at time, so that it doesn't get too 'crowded'.

Cheers lads! Terry I had to resist the teenage urge to do one of the camo splotches in the shape of a 'meat and two veg'!

Mottling is looking really good. What did you use for the shapes? Hand cut masks or freehand?
