What color of brown is that? as that is the second Japanese plane I have seen painted up with that color. Seen a Oscar done up that way not as heavily weathered but still looking like the same shade of brown.

Late war Colour for Japanese Army aircraft were painted in an Olive Drab colour which had a wide range of variation depending on interpretation and sources of info, from a dark green to brown shades...

Moving on Wing Nuts Wings Gotha Bomber, this did look rather nice and got commended.

My great grandmother explained when I was a kid that a family relative was one of the first civilian victims of that first raid on London. Apparently when the first bomb went off, they lost their footing on the stairs in shock, fell and broke their neck... (would have been interesting to find out who that was and the date...)

Great looking model in any case!
 
Next up a Bf109K-4, same modeller as the D-9, this one was Commended also.

Maybe a tad heavy on the panel line weathering, but very nicely done. Can see why it was commended.
