Very nice!. Are those "kill" markings near the rear?

Wondered what happened to the canopy too? ....and yes many late war Japanese Navy aircraft did have a matt appearance. as talc was added to the mix....

No worries David, seems a few Japanese Aces placed their victory markings on the fuselage behind the Hinomaru...
