i'm looking for a picture,decal,and/or a photo of a fuselage emblem for a particular Messerschmidt BF-109.Its a skeleton 'riding a cicle'(like a witch riding a broom)and the skeleton has one arm up in the air lke its going to 'throw a bomb' the other arm is holdin onto the cicle.I found a picture in ww2 magazine but the photo is blurry i can make out the image though.I've looked through all the jagdschwader fuselage emblems i could access to no avail.does anyone have a history on that particular emblem and some reference?Thank you kindly.

Travis: Just saw your post. I believe you mean a scythe, which is an old
two-handed instument used for cutting tall grass or wheat. I have seen that
decal... lemme do some research.

I think he's asked for this emblem of 4./JG77.

Hi All:

It's been much too long since I've made any progress with the bf109. Well,
today we painted the underside of the bf109 and the Stuka [see My Stuka
thread] with Hellblau [RLM 65]. Going to let it dry overnight and will try to
get them both painted tomorrow. At least the lighter of the camo color.

Just finished painting the lighter of the camo color [RLM 71] on the top
surfaces of both the 109 and the Stuka. Will let the paint dry for a couple
of days, then will tape off the camo pattern.
