I think the engineer said it all. A huge project. Looking forward to pic's.

Reminds me of a friend's model railroad. Started small, then had to buy
a house with a two car garage. The garage is where the railroad is !!

I had a train set on a ping pong table, I didnt have to paint all the trains though
I figure I'll do alot of assembling and then paint all at once. I will have alot more time in the winter when im snowed in Ive assembled most of the cheaper me262, Im looking forward to the more expensive ones, they look so much better as far as detail and quality.

Unrelated to the project but I found a 1/72 Hasegawa HE111 H-6 at a local hobby store today, 20 bucks! I dont know if I will throw it in the diorama but for that price I couldnt pass on it.

What are you going to base the runway on... the floor?

Njaco I think this diorama is like the ultimate, everything is getting thrown in Artistic licence where would we be without it

I started both the tempests this weekend. If only paint dried faster
Also, the runway will be on the floor, I am going to put plywood down to cover the majority of the room so I can lay down the grass, trees, runway etc etc.8)
