I agree with the Dora from the Papagei Staffel, that would be cool. I have this model in 1/72 on my shelf, and I'm looking forward to build it.

I voted for Fiat G.55 since I wanna know how you're going to deal with the camoflague.

Thanks for the ideas 8)

I'm going with the Fiat. And I have no idea how to do the camo for it... yet...

But I also like the late series 190s, so I'll keep that on my list too.

I'll probably do 2 (or more) camo schemes... 8)

BTW - anyone know the official names for the 'blobby' type scheme?

I have got all the colours listed on a site, 'Grigio Azzurro Scuro 3' 'Verde Olivia Scuro II' etc, but can't seem to find a reference for which ones are actually used to make this effect: :?:

Green Splodges on the Beige is common...Not the other way round...

EDIT: Althought it would appear that the 85th Squadriglia from 18 Gruppo, 3 Stormo used this scheme. (I know this is an MC.202, does anyone know if this unit operated G.55's ant any point?)

It could also be this contrasting greens of the 378th Squadrigilia of 155 Gruppo, 15 Stormo though..Agian does anyone know if this unit operated G.55's?
