Hi Dan

Looking forward to seeing a vid clip of the first full power run !.

Just been looking over the last few batches of shots with the painting and its really coming on a treat.

I have a suggestion that I think would transform what you have already done and at next to no extra expense. Have you thought about getting a black...or dark blue would probably be better... marker pen and drawing in the control surfaces and a few panels, I dont mean colouring in the whole bit, more like when you draw a plane on paper and you mark out the little oblongs on for the rudder / elevator etc. Would also transform the engine cowling with the cooling gills picked out.

I dont mean that you faithfully re-create every single panel and inspection hatch, but just pick out a few of the larger ones.

Remember mate, this is only a suggestion....its your build !

That could work well Daniel. I had a couple of those, and the clear poly stuff is flexible enough to bend for the windscreen - could probably make a 3-piece canopy as well.
Looking forward to the final roll-out mate!

Brilliant Daniel, just brilliant! That list reads like something out of the British aircraft industry:- "What we got then?" asked Bill.
"We got some coffee tins, a broken chair, some old bolts, and a bent table lamp." replied Fred.
"Bl**dy marvellous!" yelled Bill, "We can go ahead with the prototype for the Typhoon II replacement then!"
BTW, the Mayor of Macclesfield said, can he have our normal, day to day sky back!

Cheers fellas:oops:

 Terry Il hopefully make a start on a Typhoon later this year

Will be making a few plastic kits in between then!

Question:Is the finflash on both sides of the fin? I've seen photos with it on both sides and others only on one side? Help!

Weather was less rainy today:( (Started out miserably wet:D )
