Not sure if anyone pointed out that two airlines operated Boeing 314 'Clippers': PanAm and BOAC

I love those giants of the 30s and 40s, it would be great to see one recovered if that could be done.

aye, but people mostly remember them in the Pan Am livery. ugh. I'd actually LOVE to see how they'd look like in American, Delta, TWA, and United liveries.

What's Not on the workbench. It never ends coz I just can't make things easy on myself. Had to take down all the deep panel lines on the F2H Airfix kit. And, I just Had to have folding wings on the F4F didn't I??????????!

tried out the new airbrush, today. it works AMAZING. definitely not like the other ones I had. this requires a firm, strong hand to hold the trigger down and back (this is probably common for those of you who have dual action airbrushes and a LOT of patience.

well, after experimenting a little on how to clean it, I gave the P-40 a second coat of OD green and masked off the top and I'm gonna apply a coat of light gray tomorrow

Thats looking good mate .I,m getting withdrawl symptoms here in menorca its a bit of a dry island model wise.BB

Today I was working on the another section of the B-24 fuselage. Cardboard parts for paper models are usually too flat.So I tried to give them better looking.

awesome work on the B-24, Wojtek!

I've gotten a LOT of work done on the P-40, today. I've resprayed the bottom, then waited for it to dry, then masked the bottom and resprayed the top one last time, then i started with detail work such as the army green color indide the gear fairings and inside the flaps.

I've got a question: is it just me, or does everyone who uses a dual action airbrush get a really rough texture? cos I plan on doing gloss colors, since I'm a civil aircraft fan, and I need a very smooth, glossy surface.
