It's about ornithology and wildlife, around Paris but not only.

Some superb shots there lads, excellent!
Btw, does the weekend nightlife of Glasgow count as wildlife, we do have some rather attractive.....birds!
Keep 'em coming!

What he said !!

While out walking with our two dogs late'ish yesterday afternoon, I notoiced a Swan lazing about in a flooded field....we've had a bit of rain recently !...so being a practicing Swan 'caller overer', I managed to take a couple of snaps with my mobile. Quite pleased with how they turned out considering for two of them I was taking the shot directly into the sun.

Well chaps, just back from hols in Florida. Went to Boggy Creek for airboat ride and spotted a load of birds eating some road kill - mostly Turkey vultures but with a Bald Eagle. The Eagle had the road kill firmly in his talon and was snarling at the other birds. Sorry if you like cats, but this Bald Eagle had found a good recycling use.

The week before, some idiot had run over a Bald Eagle there apparently - they mate for life so that is very sad.

Found this thread in the archives. We were crusing the lake, exploring coves here and there and were lucky enough to run into this Bald Eagle. Pics were tough to shoot as the boat was rocking with the wave action
