Few people pay attention to the cherry trees after flowers have gone though bloom is just the beginning of new life.
I didn't feel this simple beautiful fact when I was young.

Sorry for additional post but the 5th of May is our Boy's Day and we traditionally celebrate the day flying the carp streamers in the sky wishing our boys' healthy growing up. It is a little early in April but I happened to find them flying in my neighborhood yesterday.
They were beautiful. Please let me share a few pics here. Thanks.

Today, April 22, is a memorial day for Prince Shotoku who built the old temple in my neighborhood Shitennoji in 593.
The oldest Buddhism temple in my country though the buildings were burnt down 7 times to be rebuilt during 1,400 years.
I was successful to take some pictures of the ceremony there. Please let me share. Thanks !
