    Your post looks fine to me Don though you didn't mention the scheme you'll be doing. Needs to be an Eastern Front rig so let us know what particular plane you'll be modelling. The one on the box top is a Mediterranean rig so wouldn't work.

    JU 88 A-4 F1+BR of 7./KG 76 based at Armawir airfield located at the left bank of the Kuban River , Russia, during October of 1942. The plane wore the RLM70/71/65 camo , covered with all-over white distemper.

    And another Ju-88 of the KG76 used at Kursk, 1942. The profile suggests the A letter being of red but I would say it was of black with white outline.

    You could very easily mush that vacu belly position for a belly landing diorama and the open rear canopy would show off that beautiful 'pit quite well. Not sure about how to go about doing the props though...

    Props bent is the easy part, controlled heat and the would bend right back. Not sure I want do that yet but it does look interesting .
