I appreciate your comments guys, Thanks.

Small update today, replaced the small plastic 'rod' in the front of the intake with a brass replacement, had to fill the original hole and then redrill it plus rescribe the panel line that runs across in front of the intake, painted up the front and back grilles and fitted these too.

looking to get the yellow markings on the lower cowl and rudder before the weekend so I can do the camo over the coming long weekend....that's the plan anyways!

Well, missed a day....damn. chippin' away though....

got the cooling flaps done, and added a strip of plasticard to give the two pieces a bit more strength and maintain the narrow gap, had to redo one as it finished up with a wider gap so dug out another from the other kit and redid it to match the first one, so the wider one will go in the next kit so i can get matching gaps. make sense?

All flap components are now sanded and fitted to each wing.....i think I now have everything done that will allow me to start painting tomorrow, starting with the Yellow Id markings....hopefully then on Monday I can start the rest of the painting? already a day behind my schedule....

Good work Wayne. Is that boundary layer duct on the flap part of the kit or did it result from your addition of card?
