More work over the past day or two...

Scrapped and sanded the ribbing off the rudder was too prominent for my liking, fitted the lower fuselage section with the wing spars and glued the wing sections together, sanding these up tomorrow! Also prepared the horizontal tail planes...it's gonna be a 109 soon! :)

It's surprising how many '109 kits have heavy rudder ribs isn't it ?!

Yes, thing is with just normal camo they are not too bad, but if you paint them yellow and/or add victory markings then they most certainly look too heavy and out of place.

...and thanks to all! no pics today but i did get most of the wing sanding done.....

Well that's what I call using your time efficiently. You don't be chance have a bench set up in front of the privy do you?
