Well if I had used tape, it leaves line in between the camo that are unpainted. Instead of risking the freehand Terry said to go lighter color and then mask the darker camo.

And thanks!

A rough idea of the camo....still have to cut edges of tape so no jagged.

Will do canopy late tonight I don't feel like messing with it just yet.

Harry it is a little wrong way you are trying to follow. These narrow strips aren't enough good masking. You have to cover fully these areas of the green colour you don't want to paint .There is always a possibility of oversparaying with the darker colour.

Yea, I was going to add more tpae to the sides that don't need to be colored in. I just wanted to get the skeleton of the camo so I can move on :D

Nice plane... for the camo painting have you ever tried friskit paper? Its suppose to be good for spraying on details without a lot of smearing.

 Dirk my dad have 68 friends still as police seeing he still is a police officer :toothy5:

NFN never tried frisket paper, will look for it!

Matt and Wojtek, what are you guys talking about? I am overspraying areas with black-greenand I've masked them, do you mean I need to add more tape from preventing overspray?

If so it's done :D :D

Also noticed, Harrison, that the really spikey splinter on top of the fuslelage just aft of the wing won't come out right if you leave the tape the way it is. The tape will have to be trimmed to a really sharp point there.

No worries Andy :D

I have taken care of it all

Morework...canopy not great but Whatever....
