Done : Fw190A-6 1./JG1 Unteroffizier Rudolf Hübl, White-5 Oct,1943 Gruppe Build

Well done Muller!:D

I agree Keith, the decals look even better now they've settled. I'll give it a go next time I get a kit with instrument decals, using my usual Micro Sol, which has been great over the years. I did try doing what you did on the Airfix Buccaneer, but the decals were a bit thick, and the panels of compound shapes, so the results weren't brilliant - ended up bining half the decals and painting the rest.

Cheers Wayne! Yeah Terry, that last airfix i built had thick enough decals. Why did you have to mention a Buccaneer? I'd forgotton about wanting to buy one! 60's RAF GB anyone?!! Although, I'd like to build one in Gulf War 1 markings 8)

Here's what I got done today....

Nice work mate!

Coming along nicely M! You can do a Buccaneer for the Cold War GB, if/when we do it. I got my kit back in '95, when I was asort of 'honourary' part-owner of a real, live Buc! Started the build about four years ago, and haven't got past the cockpit!

Looking very good.:D

Engine looks good M.

Very true Wayne.....

Some work done on the landing gear and wheel wells.

I'm thinking of trying to add some brake lines, anyone got a pic of these??
