After a tweak or two you have come up trumps Glenn.

Thanks also Bill for all that info, not had to do any deleting (as yet) but nice to know how it's done and as for the vacform double canopy, never thought of that either.

I finally put some paint on it this morning. Model Master Russian Underside Blue. I'm busy the rest of the day so this is probably it for the weekend.

Thanks Vic, Andy I Do appreciate it.

I thought I would let the paint cure a day or two before the gloss coat so I did some work on the breakable bits.

Picture 1) The landing gear parts. I has doubts about the wheels when I saw them on the sprue. extremely basic, but after some sanding and the addition of the PE hubs they turned out pretty good.

Picture 2) The prop blades and spinner. The blades still need to be painted aluminum on the front side and the third near the hub on the back.

Thanks guys!
Good stuff Glenn, we are pretty much even....I have prepped those parts and started the painting but I Glossed my bird today!
Maybe tomorrow for me Wayne, but I don't know if I want to go the Future route this time after the trouble I had last time. Problem is I don't think I have anything else at hand and might have to wait until the weekend to get some gloss lacquerer.
