Yes Hary it is exactly the tool.You will use it foir the wire cutting.

Concerning the flap. I need a pic with the flap put into the bay.But don't move it into that fully. I need to see where these drilled holes are too.

These lines are marks wher two pieces of the wire will be glued. But these will be stuck to the inner surfaces.
Show me how you marked these lines please.

There isn't open space. There is only enough room for the flap. No wire can be fitted that far.
