All right...When you have these wires prepared , measure 10mm off from one of the ends of a wire.Then bend it a little bit like in the diagram below.Don't cut out anything yet.Try to fit a wire length to the wing.Remamber about these lines you drew.

Later Pal.We will do it to the has already drilled flap firstly.Then you can do that and mount the second one yourself.
 
OK Harry If you think all is fine with these wires.Apply some the CA gell on the 10mm length of the wire and stick it to the wing as shown in the pic below.Remember to make these wires line up with the marks you drew on the wing .

These wires have to be glued to the inner side of the bottom half of the wing.So there shouldn't be any problem to stick them at these places.
