So OK. Take your pinvice with the drill bit of the wire diameter.Move the drill bit a little bit forward.Then bore holes in the plastic wall going along the marked axises.Drill the holes close to the inner surface of the underside of the wing.Do you grasp?
 
Yes Harry drill through the wall but make them line up with these lines you marked and holes in the flap. Do you need a diagram?

Now cut off two lengths of the wire.Their length can be about 15mm.But firstly cut out one longer part of the wire.You need two straight lengths.But the wire was folded round.SO you have to make it strainght.The best way is to take a longer part of the wire and stretch it along it between two fingers bending it to another side.It should be enough to make it strainght. Then you can cut these two lengths of the wire.
 
I know I did . One 30mm wire.

There is no wall on the bottom of one side and the other I drilled the bottom. I promise!
