Thanks Aaron. The owner of the airport flew over the course before the big gaggle was supposed to start and grabbed this photo of the course. If you look i the lower left at the 1st pylon, that's my to the left and I am the furthest right person in the photo. It gives you an idea of how remote the place is.
No. The tree line was actually at the edge of the course. The angle of that shot makes it look like they were up against the pylon, but there was plenty of room to manuever.
I spotted the angle as I walked around the back of the airplane and knew I had to grab it. I liked it, and am glad to see it is also grabbing other people's eye.
