Do the P-40 Andy, It's not like any of them are the same specific aircraft. Even that wouldn't matter, in the Commonwealth GB both Wayne and I did Wairarapa Wildcat.

No surprises so far! When the new GB list came out I had the Kittyhawk pegged for this build. My only holdback is the number of P-40s already entered.

Pshaw..... always room for a Hawk! I gotta get another "N" for my Davidson collection. At last another camo scheme, 450 Sqn in the desert!

I recently picked up a Mauve "N" and compared to the AMT "N" it looks to be a much nicer kit. I believe it's from the same molds as the Eduard P-40M I made in the Commonwealth Build which was a very nice kit.

Or more correctly, the Eduard kit was from the Mauve moulds. They made quite an impact when they first came on the scene, around 25 years ago, maybe more.

since 1943 according to the book of SAM these tube VVS : 1138 mk IX (between IXC and LF IXe), 143 MK Vb and 2 PR IV
