I really liked the bridge shots. It's hard to find structures like that here in the states.

Has anyone taken any Moon shots through a telescope? Or deep space shots? Would be interesting.

I'd have to go out to the desert to get any good planetary shots. Not worth the gas. Plus the telescope. 8)

Heck, just head up 18 a ways, you don't have to go far, perhaps Running Springs?

That should get you above most of the lights and pollution.

I took that moon shot from my garden which is the middle of the town, need to go further out for better shots, but I don't have a tripod, so try to avoid too long exposures.

Nope, didn't have the time to do both. Which is a shame as it would of been good to see them both and compare them.

I've read quite a bit about Herculaneum, and it's state of remarkable preservation compared to Pompeii.
