Yup - but I'm still wondering how you get the shading effect - post vs preshade?

Some references I have show the outside of the cockpit tub and wheel wells unpainted in bare aluminum (see below) but I like what you've done.

I looked for photos of the 262 A1. Those found, most were black and white photographs. I could not identify which color. Of the few color photographs, some seemed RLM 02

I could not identify the color and other natural metal.

I kept having doubts. So I decided to follow the instructions of the Trumpeter.

The shading effect with postshade.
